Winston Smith is a low-ranking member of the ruling Party in the nation of Oceania. Everywhere Winston goes, the Party watches him through telescreens. Everywhere he looks he sees the face of the Party’s seemingly omniscient leader —Big Brother. The Party controls everything in Oceania, even the people’s history and language. Even thinking rebellious thoughts is illegal. Winston dares to express his thoughts in a diary even though he knows — big brother is watching.
Brendan has just received his first IRNE Award Nomination for his performance as Arpad Laszlo in She Loves Me at Greater Boston Stage Company!
The awards ceremony will be held on April 23rd, 2018.

Brendan just finished his five week, 27 performance run as Arpad in She Loves Me at the Greater Boston Stage Company in Stoneham, MA!
“The delivery boy and aspiring clerk Arpad (Brendan Callahan) appeals for a promotion in Try Me. It would be very hard to refuse him after hearing this musical resume.”

Earlier this month Brendan performed "Beautiful City" from Godspell and his self-arranged Disney Princess Medley at a benefit for the Theatre Community Benevolent Fund at Club Cafe in Boston.
